What I'm Eating This Week: 5/1

Happy Sunday, friends! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

I'm happy to report that I finished the first half of T25 and am thrilled with my results! I lost 10 lbs and 13 inches. I'm starting the Beta round tomorrow and am excited to see where it takes me! 

But working out with Shaun T every day isn't the only thing that got me these results. I've been eating clean and sticking to my meal plan like a champ! 

A common misconception is that eating healthy means eating a bland and boring diet. But honestly, I'd rather be fat than eat chicken and brown rice everyday!
