Monday Mashup: Ok{TONE}berfest Updates and Weekly Menu

Happy Monday!

I'm in week 2 of my Ok{TONE}berfest Group and things are going so so so well! {I'm doing a happy dance over here!}

Yesterday, my inbox was flooded with transformation photos and measurement updates that resulted in cheers and happy tears! All of my challengers lost pounds AND inches in just the first week and many of them asked, "is it normal to lose this much?" YES! The 21 Day Fix WORKS. End of story. 

Like me, most of my challengers need to see immediate results in order to keep going; and what's beautiful about the Fix is that results happen after the first day. The workouts may only be 30 minutes, but they are intense and effective. I'm STILL sore and this is my 8th round!

Plus, the colored food containers are deceiving! They may look small, but when you eat consistently throughout the day, you are NEVER hungry! So my challengers were super stoked about this added perk! 

I don't understand why people go on these "no-carb" diets?! I've been there and done that...and can attest that they DON'T work! Yes, you drop a ton of weight quickly...but it comes back with a vengeance when you reintroduce carbs. So ummm, NO thank you! The 21 Day Fix is all about portion control (wine and chocolate are even allowed). So how could anyone not like it?!
