Truth, Transformation, and Giveaway!

I’m not feeling my fittest today {after indulging a little too much last week from stress…yes, I willingly admit to being an emotional eater🙋🏻}, but I thought I’d be honest with you gals because I’m not perfect, I’m forever a work in progress.

I was tempted to NOT take a progress pic today, but I snapped the photo anyway then pulled out my preggo picture to remind myself of how far I’ve come!

It’s so easy to look in the mirror and see all the things we hate, right?! Why do we do that?!

So let’s all focus on loving ourselves, even if we aren’t totally happy with where we’re at in our journey. 💗
