Today was not our day! London was irrationally cranky and difficult all morning, so this workout was kind of a hot mess. 🙈

Despite all the distractions, I was able to do those fun push ups and use 10 lb dumbbells, which is HUGE for me since I have the upper body strength of a great-granny! 💪🏼#WorkInProgress
In my former “I go to the gym” days, I NEVVVVER touched any of the weights or machines because I was intimidated and had no freaking clue what to do. I didn’t have the money for a personal trainer, so I’d go, BORE myself to death on the elliptical, treadmill, and bike (while thinking about dinner the ENTIRE time) then leave. 😭
I probably burned like 20 calories in the entire hour I was there! 😂😂😂
Buuuut now I have arm muscles and back muscles and leg muscles and abs for the FIRST time ever! From 30 minute workouts through my “Netflix of workouts” app. I just bring my phone or computer wherever I want to get my workout done and BAM, I’m a sexy sculpted beast! 💪🏼💃🏻😉😂 #WorkInProgress
