Almond Espresso Energy Balls


Where are my fellow coffee lovers?! Friends, let me tell you...these little energy balls are deeeelish!

They are packed with 70+ whole superfoods from around the world and serve as the perfect afternoon pick me up! Or they can be a delightful accompaniment to a cup of coffee in the morning or as dessert at night!

My toddler LOVED them and was popping them into her mouth like candy! They are a snack I feel GOOD about giving her! And don’t worry, there’s no espresso in these bad boys, so they are safe for babes!

The coffee flavor in the superfood powder comes from whole coffee fruit—a coveted superfood powerhouse that’s native to regions of Mexico and India. Coffee fruit is the red fleshy fruit that surrounds what we know to be the coffee bean! Pretty rad, right?! 🌱

Almond Espresso Energy Balls


  • 1 cup all-natural smooth almond butter
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¾ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • ½ cup raw sliced almonds


  1. Combine almond butter, honey, oats, Shakeology, and almonds in a medium bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.
  2. Shape mixture into 18 balls; place in airtight container.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
