Sean's Post-Thanksgiving 3 Day Cleanse Results!

 

Hey hey!

How was your Thanksgiving?! Sean indulged a little TOO much and decided to do a 3 day cleanse this week to de-fluff!

Unlike traditional cleanses, this one allowed him to EAT REAL FOOD each day! It's NOT a juice cleanse or starvation diet!

I've done this cleanse in the past, but decided to sit this one out (because I was WAY more controlled over the Thanksgiving holiday and didn't overdo it!) I actually did this WHILE breastfeeding! So YES, you can do it while nursing! I can give you the exact modifications I made to ensure my supply stayed strong! (I'm still breastfeeding at 21 months!)

He lost 7 lbs in 3 days and feels amazing! Here are his results!

Here's what he ate each day:

Day 1:

Breakfast:
32 oz of water upon waking
Vegan Strawberry Shakeology + water + ice (blended)
1/2 banana

Mid-Morning:
Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch:
Cucumbers
Guacamole
Apple
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (tastes like a mojito)

Mid-Afternoon:
Celery
Hummus

Dinner:
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (blended)
Lemony green beans
Vegetable broth with fresh herbs

Herbal tea and one gallon of water throughout the day.

Day 2:

Breakfast:
32 oz of water upon waking
Vegan Strawberry Shakeology + water + ice (blended)
1/2 banana

Mid-Morning:
Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch:
Red Pepper
Guacamole
Grapes
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (you can switch these up, but he liked this combo)

Mid-Afternoon:
Broccoli
Hummus

Dinner:
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice (blended)
Coconut Steamed Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, red pepper, coconut oil, Himalayan salt)
Vegetable broth with fresh herbs

Herbal tea and one gallon of water throughout the day.

Day 3:

Breakfast:
32 oz of water upon waking
Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + water + ice (blended)
1/2 banana

Mid-Morning:
Fiber Sweep (mixed with water)

Lunch:
Snap Peas
Guacamole
Grapes
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice

Mid-Afternoon:
Celery
Hummus

Dinner:
Vanilla Fresh Shake + water + fresh mint + fresh lime juice + ice
Cucumber and Tomato Salad (with fresh basil, parsley, red onion, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil)
Vegetable broth with fresh herbs

Herbal tea and about a gallon of water throughout the day.

The outcome:

He lost 7 pounds in 3 days! His bloat is totally gone!

He has no cravings for coffee, bread, hoagies, or pizza and wants to continue eating healthy whole foods! This cleanse does a GREAT job of resetting your palate! So you don't end it and then binge on crap food!

What did he eat today (post-cleanse)?

The same things he ate ON the cleanse!

He had his Shakeology for breakfast, snap peas & guac for a morning snack, a grilled chicken salad for lunch, broccoli & hummus for his afternoon snack, and we're having a healthy pork and quinoa meal for dinner tonight!
