Yes, I exercised almost every day, but I also ate Chick-fil-A almost every day! 😳

β–ͺ️I was 210 lbs on the left.
β–ͺ️I’m now 130 lbs (10 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight) and in the best shape of my entire life. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸ»

But the number on the scale isn’t what defines me. βœ–οΈ

What defines me is the fact that I REFUSED to stay where I was and hope the weight would just come off and that I'd magically feel better.

I knew I didn't have time for that. I knew I needed to take action because that baby deserved the BEST version of me. ❀️

It wasn't just about me fitting into a certain size, it was about GAINING STRENGTH and flexibility so that I could hold and play with her ALL day without tiring.

And now my motivation is being able to lift her high above my head so she can reach the monkey bars (without worrying about my shirt riding up and my belly popping out)!

Being able to get dressed in front of her without changing a million times or crying in my closet because nothing fits or looks good.

Because I know she is ALWAYS watching and learning from what I DO.

Yes, it’s hard to start. But you know what’s harder? Being uncomfortable in your skin every day, constantly feeling tired, and being embarrassed of how you look and feel.

But I'm here to tell you that starting is worth it. I know from experience.

Now my specialty is helping other moms on their journeys and showing them that they DESERVE to feel amazing, strong, and confident for themselves and their families! β€οΈπŸ‘―πŸ’ƒπŸ»
