Monday Mashup: Weekend Adventures and Staying Healthy while Dining Out

Happy Monday!

Whew, what a weekend! I can't believe it's Monday already...womp womp womp.

Here's a little recap of my weekend:

Friday:

I had the privilege of attending a private meeting with my coach, Megan, and the Beachbody "coach whisperer," Cim Carver. We discussed our teams, our struggles, and Cim provided us with meaningful insights on how to develop stronger leaders and overcome our challenges. I completely understand why he earned the nickname: "coach whisperer."

Not only that, Megan presented me with my 1 Star Diamond gift: a Tiffany necklace!

Saturday:

I attended an exclusive Diamond breakfast and heard from several successful coaches, including the TOP coach!

Then Cim Carver, Senior Director of Field Development & Hispanic Sales, held a workshop on the 3 Vital Behaviors (what coaches need to do consistently in order to be successful).

I was extremely honored to have been asked to also present during this training!

{ All I could think is: I've only been a coach for 10 months and they want ME to talk to a few hundred coaches?!?! Is this even real life?!?! }

Luckily, public speaking is one of my biggest strengths, so I gladly accepted the offer!

I spoke on Expanding your Network and received countless compliments afterwards; it was such a surreal moment!

My darling husband even came to support me!

Weekly Meal Plan:

Needless to say, I didn't have time to meal plan or meal prep this weekend. So I thought it would be fun to do things a little differently this week and focus on how you can still eat healthy while dining out!

I get this question A LOT from my challengers, especially if they are traveling during our accountability groups. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, I figured this would be a great time to share some of my tips, because I actually think it's pretty easy to make healthy choices while traveling.

So each day, I am going to order lunch from a nearby restaurant and document my choices and how they fit into the 21 Day Fix meal plan.

Next Monday, I'll recap all of my choices and share how it went.

My hubby and I are also celebrating the 10 year anniversary of our first date and the 5 year anniversary of our wedding and will be dining out for at least one of those occaisons.

First, here is my dining out cheat sheet:

What are your strategies for eating out?

Have a fabulous week!
