Just because we had brownies for lunch didn’t mean we skipped our workout! 🍫💪🏼
And in true London fashion, baby girl demanded to be held. So I had a nice 30 lb weight giving me an extra calorie burn today! I earned those damn brownies! 😉
I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately, but I know that the best way to handle stress and anxiety is through exercise.
👉🏼 Exercise is the most underutilized medicine.
👉🏼 Food is the most overused drug.
And it’s true. I felt a million times better after this workout, even though I had to modify and hold my teething toddler! 🙈
And you know what’s really cute? London can totally sense my stress and pats my back whenever I start to feel overwhelmed. It immediately brings me back into the present moment and calms me! It makes me that much more grateful for a career that allows me to be at home with her. 🙏🏼
So here are some exercises you can do with a baby or with some dumbbells! Do each one for 45 seconds (on each side/leg)!
