I used to thinking eating less would make me weigh less.
Turns out, I was wrong!
Now I eat every 2-3 hours (like an infant) and I'm always happy! 😍 🙌🏼
I just eat clean foods, not processed crap.
My fav snacks:
-Siggis's yogurt, berries, slivered almonds
-Apple & peanut butter
-Veggies & hummus
-Veggies & guacamole
-Grapes & almonds
-Hard boiled eggs with Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's 🙌🏼
