Ultimate Reset: Day 10


Wohooo! We made it to day 10! 

It's definitely getting easier and easier as we go! I'm not going to lie, that first week was ROUGH! It seriously felt like the first trimester of pregnancy condensed into one week. Today I kept reflecting on how I felt last Monday (which was day 3) and it was almost a blur. I was hazy, looked awful, and felt like DEATH! 

But one week later, I have tons of energy and am noticing increased mental clarity! 

The hubby and I were both oddly craving hot dogs today, which is so strange because I rarely ever eat that mystery meat! 

I was also hungry today...for the first time since day 1. Baby girl was sleeping on me this morning and my tummy was growling. I was praying that the noises didn't wake her! And tonight was the first night I wasn't full after dinner. 

I did have an extra snack (a serving of fruit) in the afternoon and I'm thinking of maybe having oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow if I wake up famished! Gotta keep this milk supply going strong! 

Here's what I had today:

First thing: 24 oz water with Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Breakfast - Fresh fruit plate (3 cups of fruit!)


2 hours later: Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Lunch - Greek salad with sweet potato and roasted red pepper bisque


2 hours later: Power Greens powder with water

30 minutes later: Snack - Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + banana + peanut butter


2 hours later: Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe supplements
30 minutes later: Dinner -Quinoa lentil pilaf and steamed broccoli
{{Maybe I'm not cooking them correctly, but lentils are just so BLAH! I asked Sean if he'd ever eat a lentil after this and he said NEVER again! Lol! I'm right there with him!}}
