What I'm Eating This Week: 1/25/16
It's been a while since I shared my weekly meal plan...and I must confess: I gave in and subscribed to Blue Apron!

My Meal Plan:
Is this THE cleanest and healthiest meal plan? NO!
But is it better than the constant Chick-fil-A and Burnt Almond Torte cake cravings I've been having?! Absolutely!
So many people have that "all or nothing" attitude. If they cheat or aren't 100% perfect, they just throw in the towel. But I'm a firm believer in moderation and follow the 80% healthy, 20% indulgent rule. So this meal plan isn't perfect, but it will WORK for me and keep me on track.
I'm entering my 37th week of pregnancy and need to do whatever it takes to keep my energy levels up and nutrition on point.
