I LOVE that saying because before I found coaching, I was about to "SETTLE" in life.

I’d almost come to terms with paying my mounting student loan debt for the REST of my life.
I’d almost accepted the reality of working my a$$ off only to live paycheck to paycheck. (I almost have a doctorate, for God sakes!)

I started coaching as a hobby, as a way to earn a little extra income and inspire others along the way…but it has become SO much more. I will NOT settle and I don’t have to NOW that I have found this unbelievable opportunity to leave a lasting impact on others’ lives and earn financial freedom at the same time.

Founded in 2015, The Enlightened Elite is a team of teachers, project managers, vet techs, Pilates instructors, web developers, marketing specialists, and more. We all have one thing in common: a strong desire to help others, to give more, and to pay it forward.

We help individuals reach their fullest potential mentally, physically, and emotionally. We run monthly Challenge Groups (aka Accountability Groups) on Facebook and strive to reach as many people as possible. Each participant (or challenger) purchases a Beachbody fitness program and commits to drinking Shakeology each day. In return, we help participants succeed by assisting them with meal planning, grocery shopping, overcoming temptations, and staying on track. Research suggests that 70% of people who purchase a workout program fail to complete it due to a lack of accountability and support; so having a community of like minded people to lean on is integral to long term success.

We believe in the healthy body, healthy mind connection and help individuals on the path to enlightenment. As a team, we work together to be stronger, smarter, braver, kinder, and happier.

As coaches, we are fulfilled each and every day. I can honestly say that this is the BEST thing I have ever done in my life. Coaching is a business. It is NOT a pyramid scheme or a "get rich quick" scheme. Coaches must build relationships, support and encourage others, and continue to work on themselves. We immerse ourselves in personal development in order to become better leaders, mentors, and encouragers.

We also hold monthly Sneak Peek into Coaching Groups on Facebook as well as informational webinars to share the coaching opportunity with others.

You do not have to be a fitness professional, you do not have to be at your ideal or goal weight, you do not need to be a social media expert, you do not need to start with a huge network, but…
you NEED to be a person:

who is motivated and has the drive to "do something more"
who is dedicated and has a heart for helping others
who wants to live a healthy and fulfilling life
who wants to succeed
who is willing to give this at least 1 year and give it their ALL
who is teachable and ready to learn
