Ultimate Reset: Day 4

Day 4: I hate this. Why am I doing this?! Well...I am feeling pretty good. AHHH the internal mental games! 

I promised to keep it real with you guys and today was a struggle! My headache returned, I was cranky, I had zero energy, and London was super needy and clingy. She has a bunch of teeth coming in at once and wants to be on the boob ALL day. Plus she started this thing where she screams in this glass-shattering pitch when I put her down...you know, the perfect thing for a headache! 

I thought about quitting a few times today {mainly when I looked ahead at some of the upcoming meals that don't sound appetizing at all!}. But what's funny is that the thought of fried, greasy, or processed foods makes me feel gross! Even if someone put a donut in front of my mouth and told me I COULD have it, I wouldn't eat it. My digestion is already 100 times better and besides the lethargy, I FEEL great! When I focus on how I feel internally, I'm always more motivated to stay the course! 

Plus, I lost THREE pounds already! So I'm going to stick with it! 

What I ate today: 

First thing: 24 oz water with Mineralize and Optimize supplements

30 minutes later: Breakfast
I woke up extra hungry so I added a serving of oatmeal to my breakfast. This wasn't on the plan, but I'm listening to my body and knew I needed something extra. After all, my goal isn't to lose weight. I want to maintain my milk supply and give my body a tune-up. I paired the oatmeal with a fresh fruit plate and yogurt with a few drops of pure maple syrup and dash of cinnamon. 

 


2 hours later: Mineralize and Optimize supplements
30 minutes later: Lunch - Lentil Lime Salad and Vegetable Sushi Roll
{{Thoughts: Worst lunch ever. I'm still hating this lentil salad and the sushi roll was meh. Plain, dry sushi is the pits. Give me some of that spicy mayo, wasabi, and a ton of soy sauce and now we're talking!}}

 

2 hours later: Power Greens powder with water

 

30 minutes later: Snack - Vegan Chocolate Shakeology + banana + peanut butter
This is basically Heaven in a glass and the only thing I look forward to all day! 

 

2 hours later: Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe supplements
30 minutes later: Dinner - Veggie stir fry with quinoa, tomato cucumber salad
{{Thoughts: the stir fry was a little bland, but the cucumber salad was UH-MAZING! }}

 

Supplement Info
