Today was day 1 of my LEAST favorite program, but it's THE ONE that gave me the BEST results. The one that sculpted my legs, arms, and abs for the first time in my life.

Because sometimes you have to do the things you dislike most in order to get the results you want most. #TruthBomb

Let me be frank here, Iโ€™m tired of hearing excuses. {Feisty Ashly is coming out today!}

  • Yes, itโ€™s hard to find the motivation to lace up your shoes and press play.
  • Yes, itโ€™s hard to make time for yourself when you have so many other responsibilities.
  • Yes, itโ€™s hard to work out when you have kids who want your attention.
  • Yes, it's hard to jump around when you pee yourself and have flab that giggles (I speak from experience!) ๐Ÿ˜‚

BUT itโ€™s a hell of a lot HARDER to look in the mirror and be unhappy with what you see every damn day. To feel tired and sluggish and blah every damn day.

Choose your hard. Take the first step. Invest in yourself. Trust the process.
