Today’s lesson: PATIENCE

Baby girl recently found our exercise balls…the ones I used a LOT during my pregnancy and labor. And now she walks around saying “bouncy, bouncy, bouncy” ALL day until I let her bounce! 🙈 Did you ladies rely on those balls too?

So today’s workout started out rough. She wouldn’t let me do anything except bounce. But rather than get mad because I had a to-do list a mile long and didn’t have time to “bounce” for an hour, I took a deep breath and decided to be present with her.

I started to do some of my exercises (like the bridge lifts) on the ball to make her happy and then she decided to go play on her own.

She definitely taught me a lesson today - to ease up, stress less, be present, and enjoy the small moments. ❤️

The to-do list will always be there, but she won’t. Just like she decided to run off and play on her own, she’ll soon be a teenager and be embarrassed by me! Lol! 😂

Our babies are only small and needy for such a SHORT period of time in the grand scheme of things. And today's workout reminded me of that. 💔

Here are a few of my favorite exercises from today’s workout! Do each one for 60 seconds then repeat the cycle from the start! 💪🏼

And if you’re ready to “turn over a new leaf” and spend 30 minutes a day clearing your mind and strengthening your body, my new virtual fit club kicks off next week and I have a few spots left! Apply here and I’ll be in touch with more details: http://bit.ly/RockTheMomBod
